Early in 2024, Team Rubicon tapped Julie to take over the writing and editing of its 2023 annual report. After taking deep dives into the data and stories, she completely overhauled the proposed structure of the report, found ways to highlight unexpected and compelling metrics, teased out volunteer stories, and wrote the entire report. The result was “the best annual report we’ve done, yet.”
